Many of my articles reference outside sources, but if one isn’t listed, please check our [Reference Page] for additional information. The views shared here are based on my own research (and digging around), experiences, and interest in wellness, home remedies and natural care. I do not self-diagnose, and I encourage you not to either. Everyone’s health is different, it’s important to check with your doctor before trying a home remedy to make sure it's the right fit for you.
I've always been curious about health and the many different ways we can support our bodies naturally. Sometimes that curiosity comes from dealing with something myself, sometimes it's because a family member is going through it, and other times it's simply because I hear about something and want to understand it better.
Here are some of my articles about healthy living, natural remedies, everyday health, and some of the medical conditions and treatments I've spent time learning about because it is something I or a family member or friend has gone through. My goal isn't to talk medical – because I am not a medical professional, but to talk about things in a way that's easier to understand while sharing what has been helpful along the way.
Healthy living doesn't have to mean completely changing your lifestyle overnight. Most of the time it's the small, everyday habits that can make the biggest difference.
This section includes articles about sleep, hydration, nutrition, supplements, exercise, and other simple ways to support your overall well-being.
I've always enjoyed learning about home remedies. Many have been passed down for generations using simple ingredients like honey, herbs, teas, essential oils, and other things many of us already have around the house.
While natural remedies aren't a replacement for proper medical care, they can often provide simple ways to support everyday comfort and wellness.
Sometimes I just want to understand why something is happening. This section includes articles about symptoms, medical conditions, medications, and treatments that I've researched because they affected me, someone in my family, or simply sparked my curiosity.
Health is personal, and there isn't always one answer that works for everyone. I encourage you to always speak with your healthcare provider when you have questions about your own health.
I hope you find something here that answers a question, find something new, or simply helps you feel a little more informed.
